The procedure for validating bookings for regulated goods is changing. Dangerous goods declarations must now include the name of the company or person in charge of the 24-hour emergency telephone number.

In the case of call centers such as CEDRE, CHEMTREC, CARCHEM, etc., the contract number must also appear on the declaration.

The 24/24 emergency phone number must be preceded by the country code (e.g. +33 for France), and the words "Emmergency phone number 24/24" or "Numéro de Téléphone d'urgence 24/24".

Failure to comply with this procedure may result in the booking being rejected by the shipping company concerned.
